Just wonderful! From the helpful and cheerful receptionist to the highly knowledgeable and friendly Dentist, nurse and hygienist, I came away with lots of useful tips and accessories to use at home. They seem reasonably priced which supports the impression I was given in the appointment that they genuinely care about their patients and not just the money side of it! I also came away with the giggles… please invite me to your Christmas party : ) My new favourite Dentist for sure. I feel at ease knowing that they are there for anything that happens to crop up in the future. Thanks.

It has been a pleasure to use the Basin Road Dental Surgery. I have to say Maureen at reception goes out of her way to help the patients in every respect, an incredibly efficient lady. My dentist is Dr Hannah Kavanagh who is a credit to her profession. She has a kind, gentle, understanding manner which puts her patients at ease, couldn’t ask for more. I have found the staff at this surgery brilliant.

I have always had a fear of the dentist and what with my reluctance to go, moving, and COVID I decided to be brave. I would absolutely recommend this practice for nervous patients. I have seen Matthew and my confidence has grown and I no longer feel fearful to go. I had 3 extractions, and nothing traumatic, as I trusted Matthew and have progressed from the necessary must have done treatments to cosmetic. Would have thought this unbelievable in the past.

This was my first visit to the practice, being new to the area, and have to say the team at Basin Road Dental Practice were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Dr Hartley really couldn’t have been better, the treatment was great, and he was very caring and took the time to explain what he was doing all the time. I look forward to my next visit in 6 months time!!
I have been using Dr Hartley for a few years now and I have always been more than happy with the treatment that I have received. Thankfully due to his great care I do not have to have treatment very often.
